Vancouver–Last August, a 12-year-old girl found a sneaker on the beach and, intrigued at her discovery, she sat down, untied the laces and out fell the remains of a human foot.
She was likely the last person in British Columbia to pick up a shoe along the shoreline without fearing what they would find.
Since then, four other feet have washed ashore. What was thought to be a sixth foot was found on the shores of Vancouver Island on Wednesday, but investigators quickly discovered it was a hoax, a skeletonized animal paw, packed with seaweed and stuffed inside a sock and a running shoe.
Speculation ranges from natural disasters, such as the tsunami of 2004, to the work of drug dealers, serial killers and human traffickers.
One theory gaining the most credence is a plane crash off Quadra Island three years ago with five men aboard. Only one of the bodies, that of Kirsten Stevens' husband Dave, has been found.
Just two weeks before the first foot was found on Jedidiah Island last August, Kevin Decock, the brother of two of the men who died in the crash, trolled the ocean floor looking for clues near Quadra Island, using a fishing camera and equipment he designed himself.
Feast already knows that three of the five feet do not belong to her brother. She is still waiting for the DNA results for the other two feet. In the past few years, more than 20 men in the Vancouver area have gone missing. Thats our short news update...

Weather and More
The forecast looks to be not that sunny but maybe a little, it is probably going to rain anyways. You should get off the computer or couch and get outside, it isn't going to freeze. The amount of exercise you need is needed, and you should get outside, it may actually be fun. But be sure to take a jacket outside and stay warm because colds aren't fun, especially when it's going to be sunny most o next week. So get out there and have fun, invite a friend over, I don't care... just have fun!

Go Go Community Day Parade!
On Saturday, June 7th many people will gether in the Community Day Parade! Most of the schools in British Comumbia are not compeating, but participating in the march down towards Stanley Park. It is at 8:45am and I have no idea when it ends... well anyway like I care! I just love community, thats why you should go and participate on that special day and there will be prizes, floats and chanting chears. A perfect way to build cheer in your community.
Speaking of community, you should clean up garbage in your community, start a charity, or maybe even a parade to bring your community closer together then they really are. Do a good deed today and feel good about yourself. Or maybe a campfire, just get together and spread stories and cheer.
